Cancellation Policy

If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we will not offer a refund. We will, however, have a copy of a prepared lesson and we will send this to the student/parent/guardian. We will reschedule lessons that are cancelled prior to a 24-hour advance notice, at a convenient time. If parents/guardians give one months’ notice prior to lessons, to either pause tuition or if there are holiday periods, then no payment will be taken for these times.
